The pools were a highlight, with a splash park great for kids and pools suitable for different swimming abilities. the area was kept clean and tidy, and staff frequently emptied bins. i appreciated the various pool games like aqua aerobics and volleyball. there were lots of options for food. I found the food to be of a high standard.
i found the plastic cups at the bar areas inconvenient. it was annoying to drink from plastic cups when paying guests got proper glasses. i recommend they review this policy.

we stayed for five nights and found the hotel well-equipped for families. the pools were a major hit, especially the slides that my nephew loved. i never had to worry about finding a sunbed since there were plenty available. the hotel kept the premises consistently clean (i especially appreciated this effort!).
the older-style room i stayed in felt somewhat dated and could use some sprucing up.

this hotel features multiple pools and a football pitch. there are several bars that offer simple food options like sandwiches and french fries. i noticed multiple lifeguards maintained a strong presence around the pool area.

the apartment was spacious and modern. the cleaners did a great job maintaining a super clean room daily. our apartment included two bathrooms (a real bonus for a bigger family).

the staff proved helpful throughout our stay. i appreciated the receptionist's assistance. the team even offered to open the dinner room at 3 a.m. to allow us to grab coffee before our early departure (that's a nice gesture!).

The buffet offered plenty of choices, and the food quality was high. The pools provide various depths to suit different swimmers.

fantastic poolsexcellent food
The pools were fantastic with different depths to suit all swimmers! the area was kept clean and tidy and staff emptied the bins throughout the day. the food was excellent with lots of choice and a high standard. The chef did an AMAZING job!!!
Plastic cups at the bars were a slight niggle. It would be better to use ordinary glasses, especially for all-inclusive guests.
